nie zgodzę się z Tobą, polish w sensie ‘polerowany’ to nie jest imiesłów (polished), tylko ‘polerować’. Jak jest kumaty zrozumiał, że polish zostało użyte jako ‘polski’
ps. Partyzant, nigdy w zyciu nie mialem gitary w rekach, ale oglądając to mam aż ochotę się nauczyć

sluszna uwaga, ale gramatycznie (jesli chodziloby o polerowanie) to zdanie nie mialoby wiekszego sensu – chyba ze polish byloby w innej formie (tzn. polished), wiec wydaje mi sie ze tak jak jest jest calkiem zrozumiale dla obcokrajowcow
tymbardziej ze w internecie czesto upraszcza sie pisownie np. nie uzywajac wielkich liter (sam zdanie zaczales z malej)

w jezyku polskim przymiotniki typu francuski, japoński, polski piszemy z małej litery, w angielskim przymiotniki typu Polish, French, Japanese piszemy z dużej litery – pisząc polish miałes na mysli polski, on czytajac polish pomyslał czyszczony/polerowany…
